Description
The issue is related to a permissions bypass in SettingsActivity.java, allowing a device to be made discoverable over Bluetooth without permission or user interaction. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not required for exploitation.

For Android versions Android-12L through Android-13, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue, as described in the Android security bulletin.
