Description
The issue is related to an incorrect bounds check in the SAECOMM CopyBufferBytes function of SAECOMM Utility.c. This could lead to a possible out of bounds read, resulting in remote information disclosure without requiring additional execution privileges. User interaction is not necessary for exploitation.
Recommendations
For Android kernel, consider applying a patch that fixes the incorrect bounds check in the SAECOMM CopyBufferBytes function as a permanent solution. As a temporary workaround, restrict access to sensitive information that could be disclosed through this issue until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
