Description The issue allows attackers to access a list of monitored files and profiles via a crafted GET request sent to "/WebApp/SettingsFileMonitor/GetFileMonitorProfiles".

Recommendations For versions prior to 4.5, update to version 4.5 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "/WebApp/SettingsFileMonitor/GetFileMonitorProfiles" endpoint until a patch is available.
