Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Cscms music portal system version 4.2
Description
A Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) issue allows remote attackers to change the administrator's username and password. This can be exploited by tricking the administrator into performing unintended actions on the web application.
Recommendations
For Cscms music portal system version 4.2, as a temporary workaround, consider implementing additional validation checks to ensure that requests are genuine and not forged, such as using tokens or headers that are difficult for attackers to mimic. Restrict access to administrative functions to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
