Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Expenses, Currency Override component of Oracle Project Costing. It allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Project Costing, resulting in unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification access to critical data or all accessible data. Successful attacks can also lead to unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all accessible data.
