CVE-2022-21354

CVSS v3.1

6.1

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Oracle E-Business Suite (iStore) versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.11
Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the User Interface component of Oracle iStore, allowing an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle iStore. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and may significantly impact additional products. This can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle iStore's accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle iStore's accessible data.
Recommendations For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.11, consider restricting access to the User Interface component of Oracle iStore to minimize the risk of exploitation until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, ensure that all inputs are thoroughly validated to prevent unauthorized access. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
