Description The issue is due to insufficient input validation in the Mediation Engine component. It allows a high-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Communications Operations Monitor. Successful attacks can result in the takeover of Oracle Communications Operations Monitor. The vulnerability can be exploited using specially crafted HTTP requests.
