VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Jenkins Failed Job Deactivator Plugin versions 1.2.1 and earlier
Description The issue concerns a lack of permission checks in several views and HTTP endpoints, allowing attackers with Overall/Read permission to disable jobs. Additionally, the endpoints are vulnerable to cross-site request forgery (CSRF) as they do not require POST requests.
Recommendations For Jenkins Failed Job Deactivator Plugin versions 1.2.1 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the vulnerable HTTP endpoints until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
