Description A time-of-check-time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition issue exists in networkd-dispatcher due to a synchronization error when using a shared resource. This allows an attacker to potentially replace scripts believed to be owned by root with ones that are not, enabling them to elevate their privileges or execute arbitrary code.
