Description
The issue is related to a missing permission validation vulnerability in the param service of the startup subsystem. This could allow a malicious application installed on the device to elevate its privileges to the root user, disable security features, or cause a denial of service (DoS) by disabling particular services.

For OpenHarmony versions 3.1.2 and prior, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
