Description
The issue is related to a DOS vulnerability in the distributedhardware device manager when joining a network. Network attackers can send an abnormal packet, causing a nullptr reference and resulting in a device reboot.
Recommendations
For OpenHarmony versions prior to 3.1.2, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the distributedhardware device manager when joining a network until a patch is available.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
