Description
The issue concerns information leakage in the
/proc/net/ptype endpoint. It was introduced in version v2.6.26 and fixed in version v4.19.228. The actual impact and attack plausibility have not yet been proven.Recommendations
For Linux Kernel versions 2.6.26 through 4.19.227, update to version v4.19.228 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the
