Description
The issue is related to a reference count leak in the
uniphier spi probe() function. This leak was introduced in version v5.6 and is fixed in version v5.16.8. The actual impact and attack plausibility of this issue have not yet been proven.Recommendations
For Linux Kernel versions prior to v5.16.8, update to version v5.16.8 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the
