Description
The issue concerns the
veth component, where the eth header is not ensured to be in the skb's linear part. This potential security issue was introduced in version v2.6.24 and is fixed in Linux Kernel version v5.15.35. The actual impact and attack plausibility have not yet been proven.Recommendations
