Description
The issue is related to the use of /dev/urandom in gcc-plugins: latent entropy. The actual impact and attack plausibility have not yet been proven. It was introduced in version v4.9 and fixed in version v4.19.239.

For Linux Kernel versions prior to v4.19.239, update to version v4.19.239 or later to resolve the issue.
