Description The issue exists due to insufficient input validation in the Navigation Pages, Portal, Query component of Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. This allows a remote attacker to read data or modify it via HTTP requests. Successful attacks require human interaction and can result in unauthorized access to some data, including read and update access.

Recommendations For versions 8.58 and 8.59, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent unauthorized data access and modification. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
