Description
The issue is related to a use-after-free in the chanctx code of the mac80211 module in the Linux Kernel. The actual impact and attack plausibility have not yet been proven. It was introduced in version v3.17 and fixed in version v4.9.318.
Recommendations
For Linux Kernel versions prior to v4.9.318, update to version v4.9.318 or later to resolve the issue.
