Description
A refcount leak was discovered in the cns3xxx init function. The actual impact and attack plausibility have not yet been proven. This issue was introduced in version v3.10 and is fixed in Linux Kernel version v4.19.250.

For Linux Kernel versions v3.10 through v4.19.249, update to version v4.19.250 or later to resolve the issue.
