Description
The issue is related to data-races around sysctl max skb frags. The actual impact and attack plausibility have not yet been proven. It was introduced in version v4.5 and fixed in Linux Kernel version v5.19.6.

For versions prior to v5.19.6, update to Linux Kernel version v5.19.6 or later to resolve the issue.
