Description
The issue is related to a module reference count leak in the rtnetlink rcv msg function. This problem was introduced in Linux Kernel version v5.19 and is fixed in version v5.19.4. The actual impact and attack plausibility have not yet been proven.
Recommendations
For Linux Kernel versions prior to v5.19.4, update to version v5.19.4 or later to resolve the issue.
