Description
A potential buffer overflow issue exists in the
ni set mc special registers() function. The actual impact and attack plausibility have not yet been proven. This issue was introduced in version v3.11 and is fixed in Linux Kernel version v5.19.2.Recommendations
For Linux Kernel versions prior to v5.19.2, update to version v5.19.2 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the
