Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Connection Manager component of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, allowing an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks can result in a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management.

Recommendations For versions 12.0.0.4.0 through 12.0.0.6.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Connection Manager component to minimize the risk of exploitation.
