Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Infrastructure component of Oracle Banking Trade Finance and a vulnerability in the Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management product. This vulnerability allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks can result in the unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of the affected system.
