Description The issue is related to the use of an uninitialized pointer in Adobe Photoshop, which could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file. This can be achieved through a specially crafted file.
Recommendations For Adobe Photoshop versions 22.5.8 and earlier, update to a version later than 22.5.8 to resolve the issue. For Adobe Photoshop versions 23.4.2 and earlier, update to a version later than 23.4.2 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of U3D file parsing until a patch is available.
