Description
The issue is related to a Use After Free vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to bypass mitigations such as ASLR. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
Recommendations
For Adobe Bridge versions 11.1.3 and earlier, update to a version later than 11.1.3 to resolve the issue.
For Adobe Bridge versions 12.0.2 and earlier, update to a version later than 12.0.2 to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of DCM file parsing functionality until a patch is available.
Restrict access to malicious files to minimize the risk of exploitation.
