Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Dingtian DT-R002 2CH relay devices with firmware 3.1.276A
Description
The issue is related to the relay cgi.cgi script on Dingtian DT-R002 2CH relay devices, which allows an attacker to replay HTTP post requests without the need for authentication or a valid signed/authorized request. This can be exploited by capturing and reusing intercepted parameters, enabling a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions and gain full control over the device using specially crafted HTTP requests.
Recommendations
For Dingtian DT-R002 2CH relay devices with firmware 3.1.276A, consider disabling the relay cgi.cgi script until a patch is available to prevent the replay of HTTP post requests without proper authentication. Restrict access to the device to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the device until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
