| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.14 and earlier
Description
The issue exists due to inadequate protection of the web page structure in Adobe Experience Manager. Exploitation of this issue may allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code using a specially crafted link. It is a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability, where a low-privileged attacker can convince a victim to visit a URL referencing a vulnerable page, resulting in malicious JavaScript content being executed within the context of the victim's browser.
Recommendations
For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.14 and earlier, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent exploitation. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to vulnerable pages to minimize the risk of exploitation.
