| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:P/I:P/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.14 and earlier
Description
The issue exists due to inadequate protection of the web page structure. An attacker can exploit this by convincing a victim to visit a specially crafted URL, potentially allowing the execution of malicious JavaScript content within the victim's browser context. This is a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability.
Recommendations
For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.14 and earlier, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent exploitation. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to vulnerable pages until a patch is available. Avoid using links that reference vulnerable pages to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
