Description
The issue is related to insufficient policy enforcement in the Intents function of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. This can be exploited by a remote attacker using a specially crafted HTML page to impact the integrity of protected information. The attacker can bypass navigation restrictions.
Recommendations
For Google Chrome versions prior to 111.0.5563.64, update to version 111.0.5563.64 or later to resolve the issue.
For Microsoft Edge, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
