7.8

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:N/I:N/A:C
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Google Chrome versions prior to 113.0.5672.63
Description The issue is related to an inappropriate implementation of CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) in Google Chrome, which allowed a remote attacker to leak cross-origin data via a crafted HTML page. This could enable an attacker to gain unauthorized access to protected information.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 113.0.5672.63, update to version 113.0.5672.63 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to sensitive information until the update is applied.
