VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Honeywell Saia PG5 Controls Suite (affected versions not specified)
Description The issue is related to the improper restriction of XML External Entity (XXE) references in the parsing of XML files. This allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information on affected installations. User interaction is required, where the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The vulnerability can be exploited by crafting a document that specifies a URI, causing the XML parser to access the URI and embed its contents back into the XML document. This can lead to information disclosure in the context of the current process.
