Description The issue is related to a refcount leak bug in the of xudma dev get() function within the dmaengine component of the Linux kernel. This bug can be exploited to cause a denial of service. The fix involves calling of node put() for the reference returned by of parse phandle() in the fail path or when it is not used anymore, by moving the of node put() before the check.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
