Description The vulnerability is related to the powerpc64/bpf component of the Linux kernel, specifically with the ldbrx instruction, which is only compatible with processors that support ISA version 2.06. The issue arises when the ldbrx instruction is used on older processors, resulting in an illegal instruction error. This can lead to a crash and potentially allow an attacker to cause a denial of service.
