Description
The issue is related to improved memory handling. Processing maliciously crafted web content may result in the disclosure of process memory. This is due to a buffer overflow issue in the WebKitGTK and WPE WebKit modules, which can allow a remote attacker to access confidential data.
Recommendations
For Safari versions prior to 16.2, update to Safari 16.2 or later.
