Description The issue is related to improper validation of consistency within input in firmware, which may allow an unauthenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via adjacent access. This affects Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless Wi-Fi in multiple operating systems and some Killer(TM) Wi-Fi in Windows 10 and 11.
Recommendations For Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless Wi-Fi, consider disabling the vulnerable firmware component until a patch is available. For Killer(TM) Wi-Fi, restrict access to the vulnerable Wi-Fi functionality in Windows 10 and 11 to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
