CVE-2021-25112

CVSS v3.1

6.1

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions WHMCS Bridge WordPress plugin versions prior to 6.4b
Description The issue concerns a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting problem. It occurs because the error parameter is not properly sanitized and escaped before being outputted back in the admin dashboard. This can lead to malicious scripts being executed.
Recommendations For versions prior to 6.4b, update to version 6.4b or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the admin dashboard to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the error parameter in the affected area until the issue is resolved.
