Description
The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Cluster: Internal Operations component of Oracle MySQL Cluster. It allows a high-privileged attacker with access to the physical communication segment attached to the hardware where the MySQL Cluster executes to compromise MySQL Cluster. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and can result in the takeover of MySQL Cluster.
Recommendations
For versions 7.4.38 and prior, update to a version later than 7.4.38.
For versions 7.5.28 and prior, update to a version later than 7.5.28.
For versions 7.6.24 and prior, update to a version later than 7.6.24.
For versions 8.0.31 and prior, update to a version later than 8.0.31.
