CVE-2020-36717

CVSS v3.1

8.8

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Kali Forms plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 2.1.1
Description The issue is due to incorrect nonce handling throughout the plugin's function, making it possible for unauthenticated attackers to access the plugin's administrative functions via forged requests. This can happen if an attacker can trick a site administrator into performing an action, such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 2.1.1, update to a version later than 2.1.1 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the plugin's administrative functions to minimize the risk of exploitation.
