Description A stack-buffer-overflow issue in the aprintf() function within asm.c allows attackers to execute arbitrary code on the system via a crafted file.
Recommendations For atasm version 1.09, as a temporary workaround, consider disabling the aprintf() function until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
