CVE-2021-4367

CVSS v3.1

6.4

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions The Flo Forms – Easy Drag & Drop Form Builder plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.0.35
Description The issue is related to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Options Change, which occurs when using the flo import forms options AJAX action. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, along with missing capability checks. As a result, authenticated attackers, such as subscribers, can inject arbitrary web scripts into pages, which will execute when a user accesses an injected page.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.0.35, update to a version that addresses the insufficient input sanitization and output escaping issues, and includes proper capability checks to prevent arbitrary web script injection. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the flo import forms options AJAX action to prevent exploitation.
