Description The issue is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the opalestate set feature property() and opalestate remove feature property() functions. This allows unauthenticated attackers to set and remove featured properties via a forged request if they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For Opal Estate plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.6.11, consider disabling the opalestate set feature property() and opalestate remove feature property() functions until a patch is available to prevent exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
