Description Several OS command injection vulnerabilities exist in the m2m binary. A specially-crafted network request can lead to arbitrary command execution. An attacker can send a network request to trigger these vulnerabilities. This command injection is reachable through the m2m's DOWNLOAD INFO command.

Recommendations As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the DOWNLOAD INFO command until a patch is available. Restrict access to the m2m binary to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
