VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions 10WebMapBuilder WordPress plugin versions prior to 1.0.72
Description The issue allows users with a role as low as contributor to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks, which could be used against high privilege users such as admins. This is due to the plugin not validating and escaping some of its shortcode attributes before outputting them back in the page.
Recommendations For versions prior to 1.0.72, update to version 1.0.72 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the vulnerable shortcode attributes to minimize the risk of exploitation.
