CVSS v3.1

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions RapidLoad Power-Up for Autoptimize plugin for WordPress versions up to, and including, 1.7.1
Description The issue is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the attach rule function, making it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the plugin's cache via a forged request. This can happen if attackers can trick a site administrator into performing an action, such as clicking on a link.
Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.7.1, consider disabling the attach rule function until a patch is available to prevent exploitation. Restrict access to the plugin's cache modification functionality to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the plugin until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
