Description
The issue is related to a possible failure to persist permission settings due to resource exhaustion in the
addPermission method of PermissionManagerServiceImpl.java. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Recommendations
For Android versions Android-11 through Android-13, consider restricting access to the
addPermission method of PermissionManagerServiceImpl.java to minimize the risk of exploitation until a patch is available.
