Description
The issue is caused by a logic error in the code of AppStandbyController.java, which can lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not required for exploitation. This could break manageability scenarios.

For Android versions Android-11 through Android-13, update to a version that includes the fix for the logic error in AppStandbyController.java.
