Description The issue is related to the strided image data parsing code in the emscripten wrapper for libheif. An attacker could exploit this through a crafted image file to cause a buffer overflow in linear memory during a memcpy() call. This can lead to a denial of service.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
