Description
The issue is related to a Heap-based Buffer Overflow that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file. This is a result of a buffer overflow in dynamic memory, which can allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations
For Adobe Dimension versions 3.4.7 and earlier, update to a version that is not affected by this issue. As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the opening of files from untrusted sources to minimize the risk of exploitation. Restrict access to potentially vulnerable features or modules in Adobe Dimension to reduce the risk of arbitrary code execution.
