Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Typecho version 1.2.0
Description
A stored cross-site scripting (XSS) issue allows attackers to execute arbitrary web scripts or HTML via a crafted payload injected into the
url parameter at "/index.php/archives/1/comment".Recommendations
For Typecho version 1.2.0, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "/index.php/archives/1/comment" endpoint until a patch is available. Avoid using the
url parameter in the affected endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.Exploit
