CVSS v2.0
10
Critical
| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:C/I:C/A:C |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
FortiPresence versions prior to 1.2.1
Description
The issue is related to a missing authentication for a critical function in FortiPresence, allowing a remote attacker to access Redis and MongoDB instances by sending specially crafted requests. This can enable unauthorized access to sensitive data.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 1.2.1, update to version 1.2.1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Redis and MongoDB instances to minimize the risk of exploitation.
